Urgent needs

Email and this form are not monitored around the clock. For shelter help, call or text (937) 935-4292. Calling and texting are available 24/7. Shelter entry is not — Peak of Hope is a residential shelter program, not a 24/7 walk-in shelter. In an emergency, call 911. For other community resources, dial 211.

A photo ID or legal paperwork confirming your identity is required to enter the program. An expired ID is fine — it does not have to be current.

Intake hours may change once our Shelter Coordinator is hired.
